The gastronomic experience of Riad Joya takes you on a culinary journey back to the roots of authentic Moroccan cuisine with local recipes coexisting with the best of Italian and Mediterranean specialties.

Our cuisine is simple and authentic and full of colors and fragrances with particular emphasis on local ingredients purchased from local farm markets.


Breakfast begins with the refreshing juice of locally grown oranges freshly squeezed, to continue with a choice of tasteful and bountiful produces homemade. Breakfast can be served at your convenience in the stylish dining room or on the terrace, while enjoying the scents of the orange flowers and jasmine.


The lunchtime menu offers a variety of appetizers, healthful salads prepared from fresh, locally grown vegetables and home-style daily choices of snacks prepared with the creative touch of our chef.


For the evening whether you decide to opt for a romantic dinner beneath the stars on the terrace or enjoy the intimacy of the dining room, the epicurean experience at Joya promises a devotion to authentic gourmet cooking.

Moroccan Cooking course

Our chef invites you to share his passion and secrets in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Provided in the roof terrace or in the main kitchen of the Riad, workshops are organized by groups of 2 to 4 people to ensure each participant a personalized welcome in a nice ambiance. The guests will learn how to prepare an appetizer, main course and dessert. They can also go for a visit of the souks with our chef to buy goods and fresh products.

At the end of each session, the guests will taste the dishes they have prepared during a friendly        lunch on the terrace overlooking the Medina or in the dining room of the Riad. A list of recipes dedicated by our chefs will be given at the end of the course to share a grain of Morocco at home, with family or friends.
